Customer Support & Brand Experience Associate

(Remote)

Our customers value clarity, reassurance, and thoughtful service. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people feel confident in their decisions and supported throughout the buying experience.

What you’ll work on

  • Responding to customer questions with care and clarity

  • Supporting customers with sizing, fit, and product guidance

  • Assisting with order-related inquiries in a calm, solution-focused way

  • Helping maintain the tone and reliability our brand is known for

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in customer service or retail, ideally within fashion or lifestyle

  • Strong written communication skills

  • A patient, empathetic approach

  • Attention to detail and follow-through

  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment
