Geographic Limitation  
This shipping and delivery policy applies exclusively to customers located in Canada.  Our services are directed solely to Canadian consumers. We do not offer shipping to customers located in the European Union.

At Mary & Peter Toronto, we aim to deliver every order as smoothly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find clear information about our shipping and delivery process.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link, allowing you to follow your delivery. Processing times do not include shipping or transit times.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 5-12 business days, depending on shipping conditions and carrier performance within Canada. Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by busy periods, customs procedures, or external carrier delays. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Method & Origin

Orders are shipped directly from our international suppliers located outside of Canada, including Asia. Because shipments originate internationally, orders may be subject to customs inspections or import duties. Any applicable customs charges, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

5. Shipping Responsibility

  • Once tracking information confirms that an order has been delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. In case of delivery issues, we will assist customers where possible by initiating a carrier investigation.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.  
  • Address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order and cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
