Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order has entered processing, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

  • Estimated shipping time: 5–12 business days, depending on destination and shipping conditions

Orders are shipped from international suppliers outside of Canada. Products may ship from international fulfillment partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, international transit, or carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return and cancellation conditions are outlined in our separate Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Liability

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers to the customer. In case of delivery issues, we will assist where possible by initiating a carrier investigation.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
